Discount vs Rebate (part 2)


Ada yang kata sama, ada kata tak sama.

▫Biasanya anda akan nampak di hartanah undercon/project saje.

▫Discount atau rebate ni diberi oleh pemaju kepada pembeli rumah.

▫Katakan rumah harga 500k, discount 8%, anda perlu tanya pemaju samada harga 500k tu nett atau belum tolak 8%.

▫Ada pemaju tawarkan package 8% disc contra dengan d/payment. Maknanya anda cuma bayar 2% sahaja sebagai d/payment.

Contoh jika package :

1)Discounted 8%
Price = 500k – 8%disc = RM 460k (spa price)
D/payment perlu bayar = 10% (46k)💱

2)Rebate 8% (contra)
Price = 500k (spa price)
D/payment = 10% – (8% contra)= 2% (10k)💱

3)Rebate 8% (no contra)
Price = 500k (spa price)
D/payment = 10% (50k) 💱
Rebate upon VP = 8% (40k)

▫Ramai yang dah tau, ramai juga yang keliru bila tengok iklan kan.
