Pembeli Walk in Bank

◻Pembeli rumah pertama di nasihatkan, rujuk REN anda untuk semakan loan dan lain-lain.

◻Kebanyakan pembeli cuba walk in bank dan tanya sendiri.

◻Bila masuk salah satu bank, pegawai bank tu cakap loan tak lulus. Walk in bank kedua pun jawapan sama.

◻Terus give up nak beli rumah. Penat je walk in bank. Dapat jawapan macam tu.

◻Sebenarnya, setiap bank tak sama pakej dan rules dia. Terutama kiraan DSR dan value rumah, ada bank cuma bagi DSR 40% je. Tu yang walk in asyik tak dapat je loan yang dia nak.

◻Value pulak lagi la tak sama, sebab tu buyer kalau nak jimat masa, refer je REN yang jual rumah tersebut.

◻Boleh je nak walk in bank untuk semak kelayakan atau value, tapi anda terpaksa walk in banyak bank. Kan penat tuh😂😂 (saya akan ajar semak tanpa pergi bank akan datang)
